In doing my usual search for blog material, I keep running across useful sites such as The Washington County Water Conservancy District Projects page which spells out the planned water development projects which are under consideration by the District. As well it explains the completed projects within Washington County.

Being as frustrated as the next person trying to get on to I-15 N bound from Bluff St. I look forward to some sort of resolution ASAP…here’s a little hope. Project Web site:

The Southern Utah Dept. of Transportation will have Crews pouring raised center medians this week and continuing the ramp paving. Clean-up work throughout the project site will take place this week. Final paving of Bluff Street is projected to be complete by the first week of May 2009.

Project Overview: This project will improve traffic flow on Bluff Street and at the I-15 Interchange. It will:

• Realign the I-15 access ramps
• Widen Bluff Street and the bridge over I-15
• Improve the Black Ridge/Main Street and Bluff Street/Convention Center Drive/Sunland Drive/Riverside Drive Intersections
