Well, It’s Saturday morning and I have to get ready for my open house @ 4487 Hiko Springs in Sunriver, Saint George. Its a great home about 1,424 sq. ft. total…a nice little 224 sq. ft. casita, It has been a 2nd home, of the original owner. Open from 9-4 pm. Listed @ $219,000.
